To conclude my amazing weekend in NorCal, I wanted to share with you all a few pictures that I have yet to share. I had an incredible time with Alejandra, especially because we are both extremely spontaneous and love a good outing (and a good beer!). So here are a few of the funnest and funniest moments in NorCal with Alejandra.
From walking down the piers of San Francisco to tasting tea from around the world, our adventures were anything but boring. Alejandra really helped me explore the Bay Area with such excitement that I didn’t want to leave. Alejandra is the definition of spontaneity, so our weekend was full of wonderful and unscheduled surprises. From seeing Natalia Lafourcade on her last show of her Musas Tour to scootering around Lake Merritt in Oakland, I had more fun up north than I usually do down south.
The highlight of my trip was just being with Alejandra and being a tourist in her new hometown. Knowing that she is living her best life in the Bay Area gives me such an immense sense of pride for her. This trip had been in the works for about a year and it came at the most perfect time possible. It was exactly what I needed after my gallbladder removal surgery and the stresses of work. Alejandra couldn’t have planned a more perfect trip for me.
I never realized how much the Bay Area has to offer and I’m glad that I finally got to experience it after being up there twice and not seeing much of it. I cannot wait to go back and visit new places and old, see what else the Bay has to offer and hopefully walk down Golden Gate Bridge instead of driving through it.
Alejandra, if you’re reading this, thank you for the most amazing weekend ever, I love you!
